As the Printer and Copier Sales Representative, you will be responsible not only for the printer and associated printer accessories sales but will lead the charge in identifying improvements to our processing and operational development of the printer category as well as assist our marketing and merchandising department in developing, maintaining, and growing our customer base. You should have knowledge of how printers and accessories are sold in the retail/eCommerce, B2B, and non-profit space as well as the general wholesale/broker outlets. You should also be highly knowledgeable in the printer category, from inkjet to laser to copier/MFPs, including scanners and plotters.

- Present, promote (eCommerce) and sell products/services from within the printer and related printer accessories category.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with other team members and departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and complete status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Identify key operational processing requirements for best sales results.

- Sales Experience: 5 years
- Proven work experience as a printing sales representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- eCommerce (website, marketplace site) direct experience: 3-5 years
