In partnership with Bloom-ESG, Sage will deliver scientifically valid reporting for all common electronic device types, calculated from combined reuse and recycle volumes.  An impact dashboard in each customer’s secure Sage Central 2.0 portal will provide carbon avoidance metrics by date range and pickup location.  Frequent queries may easily be repeated via saved bookmark and may also be scheduled for periodic export by email or text.

Add ITAD to your Company's Carbon Balance Sheet

Sage is introducing the first impact conversion and carbon registry service for ITAD, converting reported environmental benefits into independently certified carbon insets (credits) which can be applied toward your company’s carbon reduction goals or traded on the global carbon market.

Sage will charge a nominal certification fee per ton based on your annual volume.  One ton of avoided carbon equals one credit which is recorded in a secure carbon registry.  Credits may be retired when applied against corporate carbon reduction goals or traded on the global carbon market and transferred to any third party.  Customers are welcome to manage their own carbon credit sales, or Sage will be pleased to market surplus carbon credits on the same revenue share basis as in the customer’s contract for hardware.

1,000 Credits Converted Free Until June 30

Sage will certify the first 1,000 tons of avoided carbon into registry credits at no charge for all customers signing new contracts or amending existing contracts to enroll in the Sage Carbon Registry Program.  To receive the free credits, contracts or amendments must be executed by 6/30/2025.  Existing Sage customers may use 2024 volumes to qualify for this offer.  Credits are independently audited and will be provided within 60 days of audit completion.
